W-LAN TECH KFT. maintains your private data according to the LXIIIth law from the year 1992 (Hungary). The operator will not hand it over to third parties without your explicit permission – except when dealing with legal obligation.

II. In consideration that the internet is an open and unsecured network, the operator cannot be held responsible for any type of loss of data, faulty or delayed data transmitted electronically.

III. The web page is - except when explicitly indicated - fully the mental creation of the operator.

The operators’ works can be used within the scope of the LXXVIth law from 1999 (Hungary). All other purposes have to be discussed with and permitted by the operator.

IV. The content of the web page cannot be qualified as fully correct or exact, the operator publishes it only for informatory.

V. The operator cannot be held responsible for any damages deriving from the download of the web page or inaccessibility.

The operator has no influence on the contents that are linked outside the speedcams.hu domain. On authorized request, the operator can modify or delete the link.

The content of the adverts shown on the web page or the forum of the web page are not controlled by the operator and cannot be held responsible for any deriving damages. The operator reserves the right to delete posts and other contents made by users without previous notice / warning / reason.

Форум це службовий вузол зв`язку підтримуваний завдяки speedcams.hu  для розповсюдження та обміну письмових коментарів, думками, інформацією, метою якого є підтримка та обмін думками щодо технічних питань серед тих, які не мають певного досвіду.

Moderation

Moderators watch users’ posts. They ensure the smooth conversation and delete posts which

* obstruct the proper use of the forum or
* have illegal content or is in contradiction with these terms of use or
* harm business interests or
* is considered risky in any matter.

Moderators cannot party remove posts, they will be left as they are or completely erased.

For the purpose of the continuity and readability posts which contrary to these terms of use and all replies to these posts will be deleted. As follows, it is not handy to reply to posts that may be considered risky, as the reply will be also removed.

Posts that are classified in the following categories will be removed without previous notice / warning / reason:

Illegal posts. Posts, which are or were contrary to the laws by the time of the posting, also discussions, which call upon criminal acts or other illegal acts as like applying to them.

Posts that are written in vulgar, aggressive, threatening, provocative or malicious form. It is the moderators’ right to decide if a post is vulgar, aggressive, threatening, provocative or malicious.

Posts that contain opinions about other registered users that are derogative, offensive, vulgar, and abusive or have personal remarks in them.

Post that are in topics (outside the speedcams.hu rubrics) specifically discussing the moderations, moderators and staff.

Posts containing pictures that insulate the good taste or links that point to web pages suitable for threatening or enmity.

All repeated posts (in the same or in separate topics) despite the warnings announced in the forum. In this case, all entries will be removed; if the repeated posts were made accidentally, users can leave an indicating short remark. In this case, only the accidental posts will be deleted.

Posts that strongly deviate from the topic such as remarkably disturbing or hindering the civilized conversations.

Previously removed posts that are published repeatedly also topics previously deleted or contracted.

Posts which containing obvious or hidden advertisements.


Banning

Moderators can ban (prohibit to access) users who heavily contrary with the terms described above and disturb the civilized conversations.

Moving and joining rubrics

Moving: Moderators may move topics to other forums, under certain topics if they decide that the topic has been started in the wrong place.

Joining: The moderators may join topics with similar content into one major topic.
